- Follow a Four Week Progressive Program focusing on different phases of training
- Get individualized instruction to help correct imbalances
- Develop muscle faster to maximize your performance and your metabolism
- Track monthly assessments and weight progressions to measure your progress

Monday and Wednesday 5:15-6:15am
Mon and Wed 11-12PM
Tues and Thursday 10:30-11:30AM
Thursday 4:30-5:30PM
Thursday 7:30-8:30PM

PRICING
4 Package Sessions once weekly (Make up sessions can be made in another small group session in the same month (2 month Expiration))
$70 for Unlimited members
$90 for all other members or non members
Single Drop is Sessions may be booked upon availability
For BEST results It it highly recommended that sessions are done on consecutive weeks when possible.
