How are you feeling right now?!?! Often we take how we feel for granted. There are some key things that can contribute to helping our bodies and minds feel their best.
- Clean Eating to reduce inflammation in our bodies and fogginess in our minds
- Exercise to help raise our feel good endorphins and give us energy
- Reducing Stress-take time to slow down and recharge even if it is just 5 or 10 minutes a day
- Hydrate- make sure that water is the first thing that you drink in the AM at least 30 minutes before anything else
- Surround yourself with positive people
- DO something that you makes you happy!
- Take time for gratitude
Are there one or two things on this list that you could do better this week to try to help you feel like you want to feel?!?! What can you focus on this week that will help you to feel your BEST!?!?!?

MINUTE OF THE MONTH CHALLENGE
***HAND RELEASE PUSH UPS IN MARCH!
That’s right! We’re starting minute of the month challenges to keep YOU motivated, challenged, and fired up! This month our challenge is hand release push ups! A hand release push up is done by laying completely flat on the floor, picking the hands up, placing them back down, and raising into a plank position. Your goal is to try to get the entire body off of the ground at the same time- from the chest to the shins by engaging the core to get the lower body up with the upper body! START PRACTICING
