Our bodies are Truly Amazing!!! When we look at all of the things that they are capable of doing and all of the things that we ask them todo on a daily basis it is astounding. However until our bodies fail us It’s really easy to take for granted all of the incredible functions of our body that contribute to the quality of our lives. It is also easy to brush off the role that we can play in preserving our bodies and helping them to function in the best way!
Here are 14 cool facts about our bodies and things in our lifestyle that can affect our bodies and how they work:

We often forget how interrelated the body is! Although it is made up of millions of individual parts, they all work together to help the body function fully and efficiently. When we pull a muscle we often want to blame it on the activity that we were doing or the thing that we were lifting but we often forget about things like the sleep we had the nights before, how much we drank over the weekend or what our nutrition has been like. All of these things can be directly related to the health of our muscles, our brain and our body. When we use our health, our energy and how our body feels as motivation instead of constantly looking at the number on the scale it becomes a lot easier to stay motivated. The number on the scale will respond directly to all of the above and it is an outcome of developing lifelong healthy habits not two or three months of perfection.
