Hello Everyone!!! I hope you that you all had a great week. It looks like things were rocking and rolling at FitHouse thanks to the team and all of you! We have had a wonderful week here at the beach! It’s been a long time since we have spent a week together with no place that we had to be, nothing that we had to do and to just be able to relax as a family. Just like recovery is important in our workouts so we can come back stronger and better, the same holds true in life. We need to make sure that we take that recovery time to stay strong in our passion, in our connection to those we love and in our desire to be our best. For me the best part about an awesome vacation is that it leaves me excited to get back to work, it gets my wheels spinning and reminds me how grateful I am to come back to all of YOU…no joke!
I did yoga on the beach this AM with Makenna and Ashlynn. There is nothing more therapeutic than doing yoga right on the beach with the sound of the real ocean right there and the sand between your toes. I was so happy to have them there with me with such positive energy! Any of you ever do yoga on the beach with your mom at age 8 and 11..lol? Funny how things have changed through the years. The instructor repeated this thought several times. She said, “You are fully responsible for your choices and they create your life. Let go of anything that is not serving you and choose what you need to create the life that you desire.” It was so simple, so freeing and truly a mindset. So, as you go into this week, think about what you desire. Do you desire to be stronger, healthier, happier??? Make the choices that you need to create what you desire!!!

Personal training meets group class
Our bodies adapt to an exercise stimulus after a period of 12-14 weeks. Next level training is designed to keep the body getting stronger and avoid falling to that adaptation by following a periodized program that operates 4 weeks at a time. You will progress through different phases of training designed to build both muscle definition as well as muscular strength.
You can jump in the program at any time and progress from your own starting point! This program is designed for those who truly want to take things to the next level, get more hands-on instruction of proper technique, supercharge your workouts and break through plateaus following a program based on science and designed to get results. Ask those who are already in it, we’ve made great progress so far.
