It’s time to hit the barre! You will move through a mix of Pilates based movements focusing on strengthening proper alignment and posture. Moving through both isolated and full body movements at a faster pace will leave your booty burning and your body dripping with sweat! You will focus on both isolated and full body movements to help strengthen the body and lengthen the muscles. Barres, mats, mini balls, and mini weights all incorporated to keep it ever changing.
