Christine is an excellent physical fitness instructor & personal trainer. Her classes are fun and challenging (a difficult balance to achieve). I have been attending her classes regularly for years and I don't think she has ever done the same workout twice. There is so much variety to her workouts! She is creative and motivating and her classes reflect that. I love doing exercises I would never do on my own or even at a gym. I know I am getting maximum benefit (burning fat & calories and improving my overall health) for my sweat effort because she has us working "smart" - not just hard. I have done things I never thought I would do in a million years - like the Run Ruckus Obstacle Race - all because Christine is a great encourager & challenges us to move out of our comfort zone. I am recovering from a tennis injury so Christine makes modifications for me so I still get a great workout without compromising my rehab or risking re-injury. Even though it's a group class with varied levels of fitness, she makes sure each one of us is doing the exercises correctly and safely. She is very knowledgeable about her profession and she is constantly learning & striving to improve as a fitness instructor/personal trainer so she can pass this along to her clients. Christine loves what she does and it shows! I highly recommend trying her classes so you can experience it for yourself.
