These Two Week Intensives are designed to maximize technique and conditioning for the dancer and athlete through advanced core, stability and cardio work
AND WE MAKE IT FUN!!!!!
The dance, cheer and tumbling worlds are rapidly progressing in athleticism, technique, and artistry. These 2 week bootcamps will focus on improving technique and performance in dance, cheer and tumbling by strengthening the body's core (abdominal and back muscles) while improving coordination, balance, and alignment and optimizing flexibility.
We will utilize tools such as the TRX Suspension system, Stability Balls, BOSU balls, Resistance Bands and more to maximize conditioning and increase performance.
We will also talk about the importance of nutrition for performance, recovery and preventing injury. Athletes will be provided with extra training, nutrition and recovery tools via a downloadable app to help them learn how to keep their bodies in peak condition for performance, how to increase their flexibility and maximize their recovery to reduce their risk for injury!
